Our day tour prices typically include transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle, an English-speaking guide, entrance fees to attractions mentioned in the itinerary, and meals as specified. Some tours may include additional activities or special experiences. Please check the specific tour details for inclusions.

We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle, camera, and any personal medications. For wildlife tours, neutral-colored clothing is best. For temple visits, modest clothing that covers shoulders and knees is required.

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak season (December to April). Some specialized tours like whale watching or Yala safaris should be booked even earlier. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.

Many of our tours are family-friendly, though some involve physical activity like climbing Sigiriya Rock. We can recommend tours suitable for children and elderly guests. Private tours can be customized to accommodate mobility limitations or special needs - please contact us to discuss options.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Between 24-48 hours, we offer a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable. Some special tours may have different policies which will be stated at time of booking.
