Founded in 2015, Traveldeceylon was born from a deep passion for showcasing the breathtaking beauty and rich cultural heritage of Sri Lanka. What started as a small team of travel enthusiasts has grown into a premier travel company known for creating unforgettable experiences.
Our mission is simple: to provide authentic, immersive travel experiences that connect visitors with the heart and soul of Sri Lanka. We believe in sustainable tourism that benefits local communities while preserving the natural wonders of our island.
Our Journey
2015
Founded by a group of friends who shared a love for travel and their homeland. Started with just 3 team members and a handful of customized tours.
2017
Expanded our offerings to include wildlife safaris and beach holidays. Partnered with 10+ local hotels and guesthouses.
2019
Won "Best Emerging Travel Company" at the Sri Lanka Tourism Awards. Grew our team to 15 full-time travel experts.
2021
Launched our sustainable tourism initiative, partnering with local communities to create authentic cultural experiences.
2023
Served over 5,000 happy travelers from 35+ countries. Expanded our team to 25 professionals with offices in Colombo and Kandy.
